Jarrett Oakley
UCLA Spark

Jarrett currently serves as Director for UCLA Spark crowdfunding platform. As crowdfunding Strategist and Platform Director, Jarrett is dedicated to forging partnerships across our campus and in our community to successfully microfinance novel, innovative projects led by our award-winning faculty and student organizations. In this capacity, Jarrett collaborates with Project Managers to develop social media and marketing strategies, project videos and unique crowdfunding campaigns.

Prior to UCLA Spark, Jarrett served as Program Officer for the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) NAAC Hope Fellowship Program to empower women leaders in post-conflict Kosovo. As Program Officer, Jarrett managed communications, cultivated program partnerships as well as organized diplomat and congressional outreach.

Jarrett holds a bachelor’s of science degree in International Affairs from Georgia Institute of Technology.
