Cynthia Gonzalez-Saylor

Cynthia Gonzalez-Saylor joined the UCLA Corporate, Foundation and Research Relations team in January 2016 as the Development Researcher. In this role, Cynthia provides prospect research support to the CFRR team, which includes identifying, assessing, and prioritizing prospective corporate and foundation donors, and preparing briefings for senior campus leaders and other faculty in advance of donor meetings.

Prior to joining UCLA, Cynthia spent five years at New York University, where she rose from the role of Research Associate in the university’s central office to Development Research Manager for New York University School of Law. Earlier in her development career, Cynthia worked as a program assistant at the University of San Francisco and as a development associate at Baruch College of the City University of New York. She has worked in development since 2007 and obtained her BA in history from Baruch College and an MA in international education from New York University Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development.
